Delete your account
You can delete your Tsoko account from the app or this website. You do not need to reinstall the app or contact support to start the request.
- Open My account and sign in with the account you want to delete. In the app, open the Account screen.
- Keep any ticket confirmation links you still need for entry. Your account wallet will no longer be available after deletion.
- Choose Delete account, type DELETE and submit. If asked to verify your identity, sign in again, return to your account and confirm deletion.
- Read the result. It will tell you whether deletion is complete or account access has been revoked while deletion retries automatically.
What is removed
Your sign-in account and profile information are removed, and access using the old account is blocked. Deleting an account does not cancel an order, request a refund or invalidate a paid ticket.
What is retained
Financial transaction, invoice and payment records required for legal obligations or disputes are retained, along with paid ticket entitlements and the records needed to fulfil them. A minimal deletion record prevents old account tokens from restoring access. Retention depends on the record and applicable obligations; see our Privacy Policy.
If you cannot sign in
Use the password recovery option on the secure sign-in page. If you cannot recover access or need help with information outside the account profile, email mpumi@tsokoart.com. Do not send passwords or payment security codes.
